A Come Alive Frame begins with a moment already on your phone and ends with something you can hold, display and watch move again. Here is what happens from the first tap in the app to the first time you point your phone at the finished frame.
1. Start with a favourite video
Open the Come Alive app and choose a video that means something to you. It could be a first step, a birthday laugh, a graduation, a wedding, a family reunion or an ordinary moment that became unforgettable.
You can create a portrait, landscape or square frame, so there is a format for videos captured in almost any orientation.
2. Choose the photo inside your frame
Your video contains hundreds of possible photographs. The app helps you move through the clip and choose the exact moment that will become the printed image.
You can reposition the image inside the frame, preview the composition and make sure the people or details you care about sit naturally within the photograph.
3. Make the frame yours
Choose from white, natural wood, dark wood or black. The app shows your selected photograph inside the frame, so you can compare colours before ordering.
You will also see the moment in two ways: first as the printed photograph, then as it comes alive through the app.
4. Order securely in the app
When everything feels right, add the frame to your bag and continue to secure checkout. Your chosen video, photograph, frame format and colour stay connected to that order.
After the order is confirmed, your frame is prepared and sent to the delivery address entered at checkout. You can follow its progress from your order details.
5. Place the frame somewhere meaningful
When it arrives, display it like any other framed photograph. Put it on the wall, a shelf or somewhere the memory belongs. The frame does not need a screen, cable or battery.
6. Point your phone and watch the moment move
Open the Come Alive app and tap the camera button. Keep the whole printed photograph in view and point your phone at the frame.
The still image becomes the moment you remember, with the movement and feeling of the original video. Move your phone away and it returns to being a beautifully printed frame in your space.
Giving one as a gift
You can mark a frame as a gift while creating it. The physical frame is delivered to you so you can give it personally.
Your order includes a private gift card with a QR code and passcode. Print it or share it securely with the recipient when you give them the frame. They can scan the QR code, enter the passcode and add the frame to the Come Alive app without creating an account.
