Everything you need to create, gift, receive, and relive a Come Alive frame.
What is a Come Alive frame?
It is a beautifully printed photo frame made from a favourite video. When you view it with the Come Alive app, that memory moves again.
What frame sizes and colours can I choose?
Portrait and landscape frames are 20 × 25 cm, or 8 × 10 in. Square frames are 30 × 30 cm, or 12 × 12 in. Each shape is available in white, natural wood, dark wood, and black, with a ready-to-hang wooden frame.
How do I send a frame as a gift?
Turn on “Send as a gift” in your bag, add your name and an optional message, then complete secure checkout. We deliver the frame to you so you can give it in person. Open Orders in the Come Alive app and give or send the recipient their private QR gift card and passcode so they can add the frame to their app.
Will the QR gift card arrive inside the parcel?
The gift card is digital, so it does not arrive inside the parcel. You will find the private QR card and passcode in the Come Alive app under Orders. Print it to give with the frame, or share it directly with the recipient.
Will the gift QR card be emailed to me?
Your order confirmation and delivery updates arrive by email. For privacy, the QR gift card and passcode stay together inside the Come Alive app under Orders.
Does the gift recipient need an account?
No. They only need the Come Alive app, the QR code, and the passcode you give them. They can add the gifted frame without creating or signing into an account.
Can the recipient enjoy their gift again later?
Yes. The gift stays theirs to revisit. Keep the QR card and passcode somewhere safe in case they need to add it again on another device.
What happens if the recipient does not have the app?
The printed photograph is still a beautiful frame on its own. The gift QR helps the recipient download Come Alive, then the app guides them through opening their gift.
How are shipping and tracking handled?
Each frame is made especially for you. Shipping is calculated at checkout, and tracking details are emailed when your order is on its way.
What if my frame arrives damaged or has a print issue?
Contact us as soon as possible and include clear photos of the frame and its packaging. We will review the issue and arrange the appropriate remedy. Your rights under Australian Consumer Law still apply.
