We use information to provide and secure Come Alive, create and deliver orders, support gifts, communicate with you, prevent misuse, and improve the service. We share only what is reasonably needed with providers that help us operate the service and meet legal obligations. We do not sell personal information.

Your media and privacy

Photos, videos, messages, and gift details are used to provide the experience you request. Only upload content you have permission to use. Keep QR gift cards and private unlock codes secure.

Storage, security, and retention

Information may be processed outside Australia. We use reasonable safeguards and retain information only as long as needed for the service, orders, security, and legal obligations. No storage or transmission system can be guaranteed completely secure.

Your choices

You may ask to access or correct your personal information, withdraw optional marketing consent, or request account and eligible data deletion. Some order and legal records may need to be retained.
