Do I need a finished video?
No. Start by telling us what footage you have and the memory you want to keep. We can discuss the editing help you need.
Can I request a size or style that isn’t in the app?
Yes, you can enquire about a different size, style or display. We’ll confirm available options and feasibility before quoting; not every request will be possible.
How much does a custom project cost?
It depends on the framing and editing involved. We’ll confirm the scope, quote and timing with you before work starts. Custom services are not included in standard frame pricing.
